As an educator for almost 20 years, my work as a teacher and high school counselor, along with my own path of self-development has led me to share what I have learned with others. I serve as your guide on the path of self-acceptance, deep self-love, and the creation of more balance and joy in your life.


I help you discover how to utilize your natural energy in ways that open doors and create more flow in your life. With this, you gain a clearer understanding and awareness of who you are and whom you are meant to be. HOW LONG IS THE GROUP PROGRAM AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?

This program is 12 weeks long with weekly LIVE group calls, regular Q&A sessions to support your journey, a private community group, The Overcoming Burnout Method workbook and modules, and journal prompts and videos to help you create a life free from burnout.


WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START?

The next round will start in January 2023- perfect timing to invest in yourself as we start the New Year


DO I HAVE LIFETIME ACCESS?

Yes! This course will be hosted on Thinkific, and you can work through it at your own pace, and return to it as often as you like. If I ever move platforms, you will be notified and I will make sure you can still access the content. You will also have access to any updates at no extra cost.
